These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LogicFox website and any services described on it. By using this site or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Use of this site
You may browse this site and its templates for evaluation purposes. Content, code and designs shown here — including the live templates in our template library — remain the property of LogicFox or its clients until a project is contracted and paid for in full.
2. Services and proposals
Any scope, timeline or pricing discussed through this site (including via the contact form) is indicative only and does not constitute a binding offer. A binding engagement begins only once both parties sign a separate statement of work or services agreement.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, LogicFox retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, templates and internal tooling used to deliver a project. Client-specific deliverables (final designs, copy and code built for a client) transfer to that client upon final payment, as set out in the relevant services agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to access it by any means other than the interface we provide, or using it to transmit unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
5. Limitation of liability
This site and its contents are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogicFox is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted here, with the "last updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
