Privacy Policy
Last updated July 16, 2026. This explains what we collect through this site, why, and how it's handled.
1. Information we collect
When you submit the contact form or email us, we collect what you provide — typically your name, email address, company and the details of your project. We also collect standard technical data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location) through normal web server and analytics logging.
2. How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to your enquiry, scope potential work, and — if you become a client — to deliver and invoice the agreed services. Technical/analytics data is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
3. Cookies
This site may use essential cookies to remember basic preferences (such as your sound on/off setting) and, where enabled, analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time; essential functionality will still work.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this site or deliver client work (for example, email delivery or hosting providers), and only to the extent needed for that purpose.
5. Data retention
Enquiry and project data is kept for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver services, and meet our own legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@logicfox.in. We will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect once posted here, with the "last updated" date revised accordingly.
8. Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@logicfox.in.
